Screen clipping tool for bloggers and publishers

The screen clipping tools is used to clip the current screen or to capture screen-shots and save it as an image file which can be further used in project or uploading it to web.

i recommend you all to use "OneNote" clipping tool which come with Microsoft Office. 

The latest version being the Office 2013. you can buy the full version or download the trial version according to your need. office2013 has many more other feature and tool as you all might have used and would be familiar with the popular tools like MS Word , MS Powerpoint , MS Excel .

now talking about "ONE NOTE  2013 " it is compatible with Microsoft Windows 8 and offers easy to use option. I am currently using the office full version and am very pleased with it.

After installing the 'Office 2013" open "ONE NOTE 2013". After first start it will pin to the Start .

you can also use the keyboard shortcut key to start the screen clipping by pressing the
window +S .
After pressing the shortcut key or clicking on the screen clipping tool you can select the whole window or a part of screen to clipp  by clicking and dragging the mouse button.
After releasing the right click a pop up will be show. now click on option   "copy it to clipboard" . Then open a 'New Quick Note" and paste the clipping by pressing Ctrl+V.



Now to save it Right click on the image and click  "save as" option , accordingly choose your desired location and image format (best is PNG or JPEG) and finally save it.

It is easy to clip and save images and this images and clipping will be useful while your are writing some tutorials which you want to explain with referring to its images and snaps.
