Creating Logo For Blogs:
Hello all Blogger’s , want to design your own logo for your blog or site , then here is a simple and easy way step by step tutorial to design your own logo. No need to be professional in designing or a professional user of designing software like Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw. I know they are not an easy tool. So I came up with an idea to use Microsoft PowerPoint as a tool to design my own logo.
- First of all you should have Microsoft Office installed as I already mentioned about using it.
- Open PowerPoint and choose a Blank presentation.
- No need to be much imaginative but the most important thing is that you should have an idea what kind of Logo design you are going to make, mainly it depends on the Type of niche your blog is having. Example: it can be downloading site, technology blog etc.

Step 1:
Choosing a blank presentation...
Step 2:
To design a logo you will require various shapes and designs.
Go INSERT and select SHAPES… a list of pre made shapes will open.
Step3:
Moving on to the next step. Choose accordingly the shape you would require. You can resize, rotate them too. Here I have chosen some basic shapes (A ring and 3 arrow)…
Step4:
It’s time to give them different colors and effects … choose any inserted shape by double clicking on it. Choose various shapes styles which will suit and go with the background of you blog.
Step5:
After giving colors … Now arrange them accordingly such that it look really good and symmetric. You can also choose a shape to be on TOP or at BACK relative to each other by making a right click on a selected shape and choosing the two option ‘Bring to Front’ or ‘Bring to Back’ option.
When you are finally done and you logo is almost ready… Select all the shapes as shown below collectively one by one and do a right click… Go to option ‘Group’ and Group them.
Step6: (final touch)
You can rotate it if you want or leave it as it is. Want to give your blog name you can insert texts and using Word Art. Customize it with 3d effects applying them with shadows and reflections. Isn’t this cool?
Finally you are done, to save the logo right click on the selected logo and “Save As”. I recommend save it in PNG (portable network graphic) format. You can be more perfect if you practice and imagine more complex logo's.
Upload it on your blog header and enjoy the new logo and that’s the end of the tutorial .Thank you!!
